  1. I had to watch just to hear what the story was behind light your hair on fire and it did not disappoint. ๐Ÿคฃ

  2. Oh how I love to hear stories about your children! I wish I had taken the time to journal when my two were young. You are so blessed. Treasure these days because they are fleeting. Love how you added the magazine head to your doodle. And how he was spraying Addie on her bike sticker. Love how your brain works!!!โค๏ธโค๏ธ๐Ÿ’œ

  3. I finally broke down and got my first hobonichi. A6 day-free. Still not up for doing it every day, but I can maybe do it more if I go smaller.

  4. It's day 43 of lockdown here in the UK… I stick a clip art corona virus on each page of my journal to signify quarantine… I keep having to photocopy them as I'm running out… ๐Ÿ˜‚
๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ here is a clap for you as you are still working ๐Ÿ˜ Thank You Emily ร—

  5. love the pages ( as always!) every little bit! and the stories! It is such a fun age and its so cool you document the little daily moments! Thank you as always for the work you do! how much time did the pages take in real time ?

  6. Love this my friend. I love hearing about your family and yโ€™allโ€™s adventures. I feel like u really enjoy your family. God blessed me with 5 children and 3 precious grandchildren (so far). U r truly one of my favorite channels to watch. No put on just fun times. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜Š

  7. Greetings and Felicitations, Empress! Your doodling is so cute – I aspire but yeah. I LOVE Addie's take on the weaponized capabilities of the candlestick in your "new" Clue gaming. The stories you share about your children are delightful and remind me of when my girls were that age. Now they are the campus scheduling manager (making sure those trains run on time – which is sooo her) and a neuroscientist doing things that fly right over my head but she's also my crafting buddy (THAT I can understand). I just finished watching your October 30, 2019 episode because hello – HALLOWEEN (my favorite). Halloween in Iowa weather-wise seems to differ greatly from that attempted in the San Joaquin Vally of California (when you enjoy almonds they likely come from my neighborhood). Here where we swelter during summer (April through October, it really isn't fair) costuming is usually messed up due to it being too hot still. Yes, a full month into glorious autumn and the heat is still blasting at 100F-ish. I suppose that Halloween is best experienced in the charming illustrations of children's books. LOVED Addie's ukelele concert at the end of that episode – strumming along in mostly minor key while singing very much in major key! So adorable! (or as the Oxford English Dictionary word of the day recently opined – AWESOMESAUCE!)

  8. Love your spread ๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ’ž,, its you, full pages ๐Ÿ˜Š,, glad you alright, we are to alright, the spring is coming ๐Ÿ˜ƒ๐Ÿ’•,, im going to plant some flower out tomorrow, some lillys and other plants ๐Ÿ˜Š have a great week sis ๐Ÿค—๐ŸŒธ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’• take care ๐ŸŒท hugs Pea โ˜บ๏ธ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŒบ

  9. Love these pages!! And I absolutely LOVE the โ€œbobble headโ€ Henry! So cute ๐Ÿ˜ Glad you guys were able to enjoy the nice temps this weekend โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿ’•

  10. Loved this! I love the collage so much. I used to collage a long time ago and you are reminding me of why I love it! Iโ€™m going to light my hair on fire and collage today!๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

  11. I actually introduced my son (age 16) to the movie Clue (1985) and he thought it was hilarious! I got into journal collages/art books because of this quarantine. I have a whole junk journal dedicated to the time the world stayed home. Blessings to you and your family…enjoy the little ones while they are little. โค they just grow up so fast!

  12. Sunlight showers are the best! ๐ŸŒฆ The "hair on fire" cracked me up! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Bless Addie. Love your doodles, they're fab! Really enjoy your videos hunni. Thank you for sharing. ๐Ÿ˜˜

  13. I so love watching you journal. The stories behind rhe doodles and entrees are so cute. I write in my journals more than anything because I can't doodle but I use more pictures, stickers, and quotes than I ever did because of you.

  14. Clue is the best game!! And as someone who has long hair, I was always worried that something would happen can light my hair on fire. Ok that and maybe my grandma's scare tactics still work. ๐Ÿ˜• And wow, your son does cross stitch?! Best of luck to him!! I either lost my project or instructions. After opening the package, I was never able to get the two together when I had time. Watching you doodle is really relaxing. Part of me wants to get a set of colored pencils and a doodle book or two and start myself. Going to try to start using the free IG doodling directions and see how that goes. There are 2 books/authors that I am very interested in trying out. And the good thing is that one of them does weekly tutorials on Instagram. ๐Ÿ˜› So some further research will need to be done, but I am starting to journal/plan a little more digitally after watching your videos. Now to figure out a good way to get images from Andriod to Apple…

  15. Just love the collage look of your pages! Iโ€™m just starting out and write too much! Love the stories about your family, makes me feel Iโ€™m not alone, other people have goofy kids too! Lol And I absolutely love your doodling! Iโ€™m envious!

  16. Iโ€™m dying, your husband cross stitches and does his own starter for baking. Yโ€™all are precious and you are so cute, I also love your voice and jokes. Love and light๐Ÿ™Œ๐ŸผโœŒ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿฅฐ๐ŸŒŸ

  17. I would love to see that Star Wars thing Michael is doing, pretty please ๐Ÿคฉ bobble head boy is so cute. And I totally connected with the story about Henry growing up but being a kid in the yard. I have those moments with my 11yr old. They grow up so fast, not sure I like that. But I am enjoying spending time with the kids now that we're all home. School is starting back up next week, they've split the classes into two groups and both groups go on separate days. Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. I look forward to a sliver of normal… x Marieke

  18. Your stories, oh my! You canโ€™t make that stuff up! ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ from Addie burning someoneโ€™s hair… to your old man cross stitching! Henry flooding his Sister to Addie driving her baby! Busy Days! ๐Ÿคช๐Ÿคจ๐Ÿคฃ

  19. Iโ€™m new to your channel and love the way you journal. Love all your little stickers too. Looks like you had a great weekend! I love to use florals in my planners. I have Happy Planner and Powersheets. Youโ€™ve inspired me to take my regular journal and spruce it up with stickers and collage!!

  20. Ha ~ out of the mouths of babes!!! My oldest grandson (7) desperately wants braces (!!) so my youngest (4.5 & always wants to be like his brother) wants Invisalign!!!

  21. I wasn't very good at playing Clue when I was younger. I loved hearing about Addie riding her bike with her baby doll down the street. I always love how your pages are colorful. Great video as always. Thanks for sharing with us!

  22. Hey good morning, thank you for showing this fabouless idea about journaling with stickers……Iโ€˜m so happy, just in time, that I find this video……..

  23. Haha loved this. Loved the stories about your kids. My son is only 5 and already does the head nodding and says 'blah blah blah whatever anyway…' in an overly monotone loud voice when I am nagging sometimes ๐Ÿ™ˆ๐Ÿ˜‚

  24. I absolutely love your pages. I probably have watched almost all of them by now. I currently have a fauxbonichi to see if this is something I want to continue. I decided to get a hobonichi for 2021 because the quality seems to be amazing. No pages come loose even you stick quite some things in. I love your style and when and when a lot of things are to discover on one page. I hope to get there too and be more brave. I am still a bit "shy" with the stickers and stuff. You are a good inspiration. What hobonichi will you be getting for 2021? I want the A5 for sure.

  25. Youkre brilliant! I often avoid putting in. A Tip in because I donโ€™t want to cover anything up on the edge or the page below. (Slaps self on forehead), scotch tape!! Itโ€™s clear!!
