  1. It's pretty crappy to hand cut a sticker and sell them. Looks like garbage. Decals don't matter because the backing peels away and transfer tape leaves just the decal, but stickers? No way. You all need a cutter/plotter with contour cutting. They can be had in the ~$300 range. If you print these off a roll, instead of printer paper, your plotter can run through your 20 ft sheet of stickers, cutting each one out tight against the design, instead of just square/round whatever. USCutter does cheapo machines, and the ability to contour cut is priceless.

  2. Clicked on this expecting a really tacky video, annoyingly long intro and for my time to be completely wasted. Very pleasantly surprised and learnt exactly what I wanted to know (and a bit more too). Thanks! +sub

  3. Cool for personal use or hobby. Anything printed from a desktop printer won’t last long outdoors. It isn’t 3m vinyl or something similar. Professional sticker shops screen print and use high end digital printers (5-10k for a used printer)

  4. 🤔 clear, metal, ruler ☑️. It's been a few years after I saw this vid. Don't fear, I searched high, low. I finally found one on top of the shelf. Took me awhile.. found it. Yes, it is…. clear, metal, ruler. I added some metal, it's clear, and it's a ruler. Works for me 😎

  5. Hi. Using inkjet printer and vinyls, I printed transparent vinyl with black text. I let it dry and sprayed them with clear coat. I applied them on a bike and left in a humid cellar. After two months I saw that a horrible red halo was formed. Today I tried to clean them with a dish sourer , water with a bit of dish soap and color started to fade away. Why? What was wrong with the procedure?
And if I print new ones and apply another transparent vinyl on them, instead of using that layer you suggest, is it the same thing?
